Terms & Conditions

Effective September 29, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any consultation you request through it. By using this website, submitting a form, or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

"Integrity," "we," "us" and "our" mean Integrity Accounting Solutions, based in Bend, Oregon. "You" means the person using this website and, where applicable, the business you represent.

1. Who we are and our credentials

We are not a CPA firm. Integrity Accounting Solutions is not a certified public accounting firm, and our team members are not licensed Certified Public Accountants. We do not perform audits, reviews, compilations, attestation engagements or any other services that are legally reserved for licensed CPAs or CPA firms, and nothing on this website should be read as an offer to do so.

Tax returns are prepared by preparers who hold valid IRS Preparer Tax Identification Numbers (PTINs). We prepare federal returns for clients in all 50 states. We prepare state returns only where we meet that state's tax preparer requirements. We are not enrolled agents or attorneys and do not represent clients before the IRS or state tax agencies in examinations, collections or appeals except as the law allows; when your matter requires that kind of representation, we will tell you and can help you find a qualified professional.

2. Information only, not advice

Articles, guides, calculators, FAQs and other content on this website are general information for educational purposes. They are not tax, legal, accounting, investment or financial advice for your situation. Tax laws change often and apply differently depending on your facts. Do not act on anything on this website without talking with a qualified professional about your specific situation.

3. No client relationship until an engagement letter is signed

Using this website, sending us a message, submitting a form, booking or attending a free consultation, or using the client portal before you are engaged does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when both you and Integrity sign a written engagement letter. The engagement letter sets out the services, fees and responsibilities for that engagement and controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

4. Free consultations

Consultations are free, informational and carry no obligation on either side. Anything discussed is preliminary and based on the information you share at the time. We may decline any engagement for any lawful reason.

5. Your responsibilities

6. No guarantees

We do not guarantee any particular result, refund amount, tax savings, audit outcome or business outcome. Statistics, reviews and testimonials on this website describe the experiences of past clients. They are not a promise or prediction of your results, which depend on your own facts, choices and the law in effect.

7. Please don't send sensitive information through this website

Do not send Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, tax documents or other sensitive personal information through our website forms, regular email or text. Once you are a client, please use our secure client portal. We are not responsible for information you choose to send through unsecured channels.

8. Client portal and third-party services

This website links to services operated by third parties, including our client portal (TaxDome), our scheduling tool (Microsoft Bookings), our form processor (FormSubmit), app stores and Google. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, and a link is not an endorsement. You are responsible for keeping your portal login confidential and for activity under your account.

9. Bookkeeping contractors outside the United States

Some of our bookkeeping work is performed by independent contractors located outside the United States. Here is exactly what they can and cannot see:

Every contractor signs a confidentiality and data security agreement, works only inside our secure systems with multi-factor authentication, and may not download or keep client data. If we ever need to share tax return information with anyone outside the United States, we will first ask for your separate, signed consent as required by Internal Revenue Code Section 7216. You never have to give that consent to work with us. See our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

The content, design, text, graphics and logos on this website belong to Integrity Accounting Solutions or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or distribute our content without written permission.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, including by submitting false information, attempting to access systems without authorization, introducing malicious code, scraping content, or using the website for any unlawful purpose.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We try to keep content current, but we do not warrant that it is accurate, complete or up to date, or that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Integrity Accounting Solutions and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability for services we perform for clients is governed by the applicable engagement letter. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Integrity Accounting Solutions and its owners, employees and contractors from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of this website, your violation of these Terms, or inaccurate information you provide.

15. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Deschutes County, Oregon, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

17. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any part is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed engagement letter, are the entire agreement about your use of this website.
